Is the MacLately Tartan listed? I don't see it on the Scottish Register of Tartan or on the Scottish Tartans Authority.

Oh, and by the way. It is perfectly acceptable to mention Kilt Forum. At one time it was thought that Kilt Forum would be a sister site to X Marks but with a distinctive European take.
The forum changed ownership and I guess they were not interested in continuing discussing the idea.

The STA has a record of this in their offline (Master) Database.

Yes that's the tartan.
It was named in honour of the clan chieftan (Doublewood Dave) and is a tribute to his punctuality (or lack thereof).
I'm on both X Marks and the Kilt Forum. KF is definitely a more European site but there is a good number of members on both sides of the pond and quite a few are on it and X Marks. There have been six annual gatherings of many of the European members so far, most recently in Dublin in October.
