    Denmcdough, I share your pain in the passing of Chris. The painful new is appreciated in your letting us know. A kind, thoughtful and generous man he was. Ten years ago Chris took time from his job with Visit Scotland in Inveraray to give me personal tour of the Argyll.

    I'm sharing this link which will take you at post #189 to the part of the thread that starts that part of the trip I spent with Chris. I'm currently in Denver, Colorado airport heading home after a weekend at a Scottish Highland Festival at Estes Park. The posts will be a tribute to Chris as they attest to his character. After I post this I will find a restaurant to have dram to his memory.
