    All prospective Kampers must be able to correctly identify a kilt, two times out of three, without looking in the back of the book. They must be able to successfully demonstrate which end of a needle goes into the fabric first.
    Any prospective Kamper who resorts to threading a needle with super glue is automatically disqualified.
