Those wrinkles will fall out in half the time is takes to rig up all those weights. Plus you can "mold" the fabric and get all the pleat edges back straight and sharp.

I had seen one of those things in the local mall. The one I saw was imported from Italy. It required you to add salt to the water. It did start steaming in seconds, and the exterior remained relatively cool. It was about $50 (US).
Tried to find others on the net without luck. Is this similar to the ones you have seen?
