Crazy Dave
I wear this one as my go-to sporran: https://www.kommandokilts.com/produc...an-with-plonge It’s not strictly traditional, but it nods in that direction and has more room than I need.

If you choose to wear this as a sporran, why not try wearing it on your right hip the way drummers do. It won't bounce and you won't shock as many people.
If you wear that as a sporran be prepared for people expecting you to start singing "Word Up!" Cheers Jamie

Codpiece, big no.
Descendant of the Gillises and MacDonalds of North Morar.
With that shape, a great way to get in to "trouble", plus what already mentioned a few times.... No from me!
OP, it seems from your previous threads on sporrans that you don’t really want a sporran. Why not just wear a fanny pack? https://www.amazon.com/Leather-Messe.../dp/B013WK2FJ8
I still want it to weigh down the apron. The wide fanny pack would not fulfill that function as well. I would not.

Personally I'll stick to sporrans to fill the role of the sporran. Ditto kilt pins for the role of the kilt pin.
