Literally "new" in some cases, the tartans being designed during the shutdown.

Here, clockwise from upper left, are

Scottish Power Pipe Band (Scottish Power tartan, said to have been designed in 1995) (This is by no means a new tartan to the Grade One circle, but it is a nice example of a bespoke band tartan)

City of Dunedin Pipe Band (USA) (Edgewater tartan, said to have been designed by Pipe Major Iain Donaldson)

Closkelt Pipe Band (Northern Ireland) (Drumgooland tartan, said to have been designed and adopted in 2017)

Police Scotland and Federation Pipe Band (Scottish Police Federation tartan, 2021, said to have been based on the "1790 City of Glasgow" tartan)/QUOTE]

    Richard,

None of these are 'Lockdown Tartans'.

A couple of new to me tartans here: Edgewater and Drumgooland, neither of which are on the STA's or SRT's database. I've now added them to the STA's Db.

As you mentioned, the Drumgooland tartans was designed in 2017, and the Edgewater was designed in 2014 by Lothian Kilt Rentails (Tarpon Spring, FL) as a Fashion/House tartan.
