Stone Mountain Highland Games in Georgia is quickly approaching! Is anyone else planning on going? I know Michael (@tripleblessed) always does- how about the rest of our usual group, and anyone else?

I look forward to my husband Chris getting to finally meet y'all, and he has his kilt ready! We are very excited, especially since I haven't been since 2019. Can't wait to hear who all is coming.

The K&C and Trad Kilters groups are meeting at the tartan forest at 2pm (Sat and Sun). Do you guys want to meet up there at the same time or at the Tartan Museum Tent at like 1/1:30 (Sat only due to tartan parade on Sunday)?

As to photo - it occurs to what passes for my mind that 1:30 has on occasion been too early for clearing traffic and ceremonies, so 2:00-2:15 after other photos is probably more realistic. And with the new layout of the tents, very little room at Tartan Museum, so Tartan Forest might be better.

Also no one else saying they'll be there. I am most flexible on time so I'd rely on folks coming in from out of town to say when they'd be there. But if there's no further reply I'll be there around 6:30 PM. We'll see who else shows. If nothing else I can bask in the rest of the establishment's patrons admiration and/or envy. :-)

I apologize for the last minute reply, especially since I started this thread... been busy and not online much. Chris and I decided to do some other activities in Stone Mountain tonight so we won't make the dinner meet-up, but will be free for the photo op and other socializing at the games Saturday and Sunday! We will plan to be around the tartan forest ~2:00pm unless we hear differently
