As a new user myself I find it interesting how many actual Scotts are on the forum.

As far as I know, there are only three Scotts (family name) on the forum. Lots of Scots (nationality), though.

No offense intended. In my 'old age', I sometimes get persnickety/sensitive about the difference.

I know what you mean. By blood, I'm 1/4 Scottish. But there are days that I feel like I have a fifth of scotch in me.
