Both those cantles are nice UK made ones
The top one looks nickel plated. It's the model called EW1. These generally aren't stamped.
The bottom one looks silver plated. It was called EW2 and EW4. This came in at least four versions
-nickel plate, integral cast bosses, generally not stamped.
-silver plate, separate screwed-on bosses, higher-quality casting, generally stamped.
-solid brass, generally stamped.
-Sterling Silver, full silver hallmarks (for Birmingham).

Here's the stamp. Note all were done with the same stamp, having the faint "M" and deep "S". The "Made in Scotland" refers to the sporrans, these cantles were made in Birmingham.
