Wm GlenN & Sons in San Francisco, just off Union Square. They source in lightweight fabric from Lochcarron Mill. They offer a wide range of products, including made to measure. Prices have increased recently on heavyweight kilts, perhaps because of the tariffs.

Already talked with their staff. They are limited on their tartan availability unless I have them do a run from the mill.
