Yes I've been using Imgur for many years now, ever since Photobucket decided to charge a pile of money.
I have no idea why Imgur decided to block their images overseas.
I for one didn't get any warning.
Imgur did make a strange change a year or so ago when they disabled (for my account at least) the ability to upload photos into albums.
I have all my photos neatly arranged in albums, but without warning they made each uploaded photo a standalone post, a "non album image". So I have to hunt to find my more recently uploaded photos.
