Payson, Utah, 2026-07-10 (Fri) through 07-11 (Sat), Scottish Festival / Highland Games
https://www.paysonscottishfestival.org/

July 10th - 5pm - 9pm
July 11th - 9am - 6pm
Free entry and street parking.
If you don't get there early you'll have to walk a bit.

The root beer / cream soda vendor (Bison Brew) is very popular. On Saturday, the line is often ~40 minutes.
Because I'm sloshing with root beer at the festival, I get unchilled bottles of Ginger Beer (McBride's) to drink at a later date.
The cranachan and haggis (Rebecca's Baked Bliss) are enjoyable, but you may not want to eat your fill of them, because they're pricey and the portions are small.
But there are a number of less expensive food vendors to fill in the gaps.

If you want Irn-Bru (various vendors) or Welsh cakes, you'll want to grab them earlier rather than later, as they sell out.
