To answer a few questions:

Yes, the bulk of the book is from my article of the same title on line. I'm not trying to make money off the book, so I'm leaving the article up there. Mostly, the intent is to have something off-line that vendors can sell to people interested in kilts (also sometimes you just want something you can sit in a chair and read, instead of looking at a computer screen).

Yes, I do deal a little with contemporary kilts, though the bulk of my booklet deals with traditional kilts. One of the appendices that I added is on non-traditional kilts. But, for the most part, the advice I offer in the book applies equally well to both.

I do mention historical dress a bit in one of the other appendices. But if you want a common sense book dealing with the great kilt, you'd be better off getting a copy of my Early Highland Dress

I'd also like to thank those of you who have made purchases already. I've had orders in from the US, UK, Austria, and now Canada. I know most of those orders have been from people on this forum. So thanks for making me an "internationally reknowned" author!
