as a scot Ive never been offended by anyone who wears a Kilt, as long as they do so with pride!!!!our culture is a gift to the world and Im thrilled that highland wear is so popular.
A "gift to the world"...I like that. It says a lot for the Scots as a people that they are willing to give their culture, specifically in this case, the kilt & tartan to the world -- but, the Scots have given so many of it's sons & daughters to the world, so it is fitting. Or Robert Burns. Scotland's native son & greatest poet -- truly one of the few "citizens of the world" and a citizen of every country where Scots & their descendants are found.

Daz, great observation and insight!

Cheers,
