We got the machine fixed... MAN does this thing haul A$$! Our normal machines are "upper end" home type machines. They sew about 300 stitches per minute and have a bunch of options (zig zags, patterns, buttonholes, monograming, etc). This thing sews 6000 (no I didn't add a 0 by accident) stitches per minute. You physically have to STEER the material into the machine! It'll be good for our Philabegs, but I think it'll be too fast for our Traditionals and Premiers (needs to be more "exacting").
