Thanks gents,
'twas my own history that zinged me...my twig of the Macdonald tree has a great love for pointing out when another family member is "wrong" about anything.
This **** was for sure and American of Scottish descent. Think it rolled me since I was so friggin' proud to be wearing my new Kathy's Kilt to a Highland gathering for the first time and he's trying to undermine that wonderful feeling.
And its so true about the Camerons. At the Clan Cameron booth I was welcomed with cookies and good fellowship. My 3great grandmother was Catherine Cameron.
But by God, I won't be ambushed with that line again. Between now and my next games I'll have a reply well prepared should I meet that, or anyother similar, meddling **** again.
One discovery, there are a LOT of Highland games in my area. Found flyers for Tucson, Camp Verde, Prescott, Flagstaff, and of course - Las Vegas.
I'll be back for more....bring on the twits!
