Sometimes when I order from Buzz I get my items very fast. Sometimes I have to wait a while. But I always get them. Patience is a virtue, remember!

(Another shameless plug: I try to keep a good supply of Buzz Kidder sporrans in stock for same-day shipping).

    Aye,
    Matt

I've heard that Buzz Kidder gives commercial customers priority over individual sales. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they went completely in that direction eventually and stopped individual sales altogether. If their sales volume is high enough through merchants it would be a wise move.

    Hey Bubba,

You're right... Buzz DOES cater to his "merchants" as we give him business year round! Sometimes he has some sporrans on hand, other times he mas to get the leather and make them up. I don't think I've ever waited over 2 1/2 weeks for my order (I think I ordered like 20 knotwork sporrans though).

Much like MAC, we keep the Buzz Sporrans on hand for that exact reason (next day shipping). Also, our prices are about $2 higher than everyone elses b/c we have free shipping!

Rocky, it's just good business sense to me. Volume is what feeds the bulldog, individual direct sales are just a bit of gravy. If their volume is substantial enough through resellers they might be well advised to encourage customers to go through those merchants for better service and eventually stop direct consumer sales altogether.

I'm still waiting. It hasn't been that long, I'm just jonesin'!

Buzz could just raise the price on it's own site and keep it the same for their merchants. That way if kinda forces everyone with a brain to use merchants. Those that don't can pay the price..
