			Xmarks rugby shirt

					http://www.rugbygear.com/catalog_i33...ml?catId=19950
These shirts from barbarian rugby wear are on sale, 2 for $89. It's still expensive in my mind, but rugby shirts are indestructible.
Anyway, they happen to have this one shirt with the xmarks logo on it, for some odd reason
  so I thought I'd share.

					Thanks,
I bought a similar one from Get Shirty a while back, but no logo on the left sleeve.

I wear XXL and ordered the same but the shirt that arrived seemed more like an XL. See these folks have a size chart...pay close attention.

I think maybe the XXL in Scotland is smaller than the XXL here in the states.

That problem might have been down to 'Get Shirty', Ron. Out of sheer curiosity, two or three years ago, I ordered one of their kilts - to see what the quality was like, as much as anything. The first one to be sent was not only the wrong size, but the kilt label and the plastic bag in which said 'kilt' was wrapped (!), differed by several sizes. When I measure the 'kilt' itself, it matched neither the label nor the wrapper. I returned it for exchange and the replacement was again the wrong size, and again the markings on the label and the wrapper differed. This, together with the fact that the quality of the kilt was absolutely abysmal, even for the price they were asking, prompted me to return the replacement for a complete refund plus my expenses.

The refund came through immediately, which made me think that they were far more efficient in refunding than they were in selling!!

European sizes do run smaller than American sizes. Pretty much the rest of the world runs smaller than American sizes. The XL Holland football jersey my friend brought me from Thailand is only about a Medium/Large in US sizes.

I concur with Rufus, any XL item I bought in Israel is a tad tight (and I go with roomy with an XL)

On the subject of the XMarks rugby shirts...

Does anyone know a guy that might just consider doing something like this from his own company? Certainly he has sources for the shirts, and could come-up with a unique design for the shirt. Hell... we wouldn't even mind if he put some sort of celtic knot logo on the back, just under the neckline!

I actually have a version of this shirt. It is a darker navy w/ a white collar, but basically the same thing. I love the thing and tend to wear it with my white UK suvival. Terrific shirt though. I've seen cheaper versions on ebay that I wouldn't touch w/ a ten foot pole.
Speaking of ebay, I just purchased a Guinness rugby that is sized large, I hope that it turns out to fit properly. :x
