Of course, any of them could be called 'Limo', 'Limousine', or 'Livery', with or without the addition of 'Service' (or 'Company', etc.). So whatever you think of or have suggested to you, try out the sound of it in different combinations.

Hey Phil, I have terrific idea. What say you plan on doing the Fergus kiltnite, and suppose you swing by Burlington on the way, and suppose you pick me up in your limo so we can give it a shakedown cruise, and I can get my first ride in a limo. We could brainstorm some monikers for your mobile..

I think 'coach' sounds too much like a bus service, but I like your 'coachman' suggestion.
