Yes Ron, I've heard Rob impregnates his leather with highly addictive chemicals that immediately make you think "buy - buy"

I actually have what I consider to be decent flow and swing with my victory kilt. It took a while but I finally managed it. I've taken to doing little spins at work instead of simply turning, adds a little flair for the customers to see some pleat lift
And Graham, the surprise comes not that you actually did get into a solid but that you did so so quickly

Well Rob, when a nice plain kilt turns up unexpectedly on your doorstep I guess you don't knock it back.
I wore it out tonight for the first time, went into town then to the radio station.
The only two comments I got were one friend who asked if I was cold wearing a skirt and another, a radio announcer, who asked if I was wearing a new skirt
This was not because it was a solid, these people think any kilt is a skirt, tartan or non-tartan.
I wasn't concerned at all, I felt comfortable and warm in the cool evening air. I have to admit, wool is warm!

Yes, but you have a guardian angel to protect you. "She who must be obeyed"! You'll be fine ....but honeeeeey! It's the only kilt I ever want....I promise...honeeey well...not another kilt for at least a month well maybe a week...OK...hon...drat!
Rob, has anyone told you that you are a complete rascal, yes, that you are for sure
It sounds like you have extensive knowledge on how to have you way with wives (with regard to kilts).

Nah, that'll only happen if the Cubs win the World Series

Hello Chris, 'me 'ol mate, long time no hear. This solid is my first and possibly my last, but I do like it.
I tested it with our Pipe Major today, he's one of those people who think kilts=pipe bands and that's it, yet he was mildly impressed, which surprised me.
I have another kilt on the way, a Scottish national, back to tartans for a while, but I do think I might buy an 8 yard solid, or maybe leather.....one day
