It wasn't too bad (no kilt pin, either). Gusts were up to 35-40 mph that day, so yeah, there were a few times it shot up, but no big deal (no, I wasn't regimental this particular day ). I'm in the greater Portland area, and this shot was taken in Cape Elizabeth. Thanks for the great comments everyone!
