Awww, Derek.........!
The kilt or cilt I should say is becoming more and more popular in Wales. Living close to a church there are several weddings a year now that everyone turns up in welsh cilts. My neighbours son who plays for an under 21 rugby team went with his mate the other evening to a do and his mate wore his welsh cilt. Wales is proud of its celtic traditions and folklore. I doubt whether the lady in question was even celtic and I can't even remember what she was wearing, it was all over in a jiffy ... Out of about 15 people who were there in the church hall she was the only one to make a comment. Makes you feel sorry for her really. She must lead a very sheltered life when you think about it.
