Through my own daily wearing of the kilt, I reckon that about one in ten women has a "kilt fetish" and will find herself attracted to a man even as ugly as me (and I am very ugly). I think most women are indifferent. Some are completely turned off (I had one woman shaking her head and scowling at me when she saw me getting out of my car yesterday).

It's the 1 out of 10 that really put steam in a man's stride.
