That material will wander, curve, and twist itself all over the place if you restrict the weave! It's far too broad to try to control it. If you DO wind-up doing that, you'll iron it out... and it will look pretty good. Give it ten minutes of movement, and you'll have a MESS. Don't even try it, or you'll just be throwing away your money!!!

I would starch things before I would sew them. That sway is too important to the look.;)
