You think I am caustic and snarky now... Wait till I get a few drinks in me. Hard booze is fine. I am rather pleasant from what I hear after some rum or burbon.

But give me to much beer? I have no clue why it is... But if I drink to much beer I turn into some horrible bar brawler.

I turn into a total cream puff with Mezcal. Mmm worm.

    Mike,

I know you are a minister, but just how old are you?

Must be REALLLLLLLLL old to have forgotten the answer to that question!

Adam is correct. In fact, if you look at his pic, you can see me standing there waiting for my turn (white fur sporran & AF tartan).

    Adam, are you 501st?

Not 501 st, but thinking about it. I've been reading up on making armor (just too expensive what with all the kilts I need first). I was one of the guys in the UK booth that week. That's one of JP's pics (I should credit the photographer).

Back to Lee's original definition of a kilt check, Thursday night I go the a sneak preview of the movie "Serenity". One 20 something girl looks at me and says, "There's a guy in a kilt. I love it." Then she and about 10 others actually clap for me. Anyway, the place is packed and as I'm looking for a seat one of the girls (not sure if it was the original one or not) says I can sit in her lap. The only response I could give was, "I don't think my wife would approve."

    The movie is great BTW.

I need to go back to Indianapolis then, since I now have a kilt. Actually the way the one girl is kneeling in the picture, you almost don't need to do a check!

    Hashing Girls Are Bold Girls

Anyone can "join" the hash house harriers. The common theme is a love of beer but you can drink water, be fat and slow or even refuse to run the trail and stay back to guard the keg and the food. It is a very welcoming organization.

Because typical hash trails go through 'shiggy' (the wilds of brush, trees and briars) and urban jungles where even the toughest law enforcement officers would shudder - we tend to attract many bold and outdoorsy types.

Many of our harriets (or bimbos - a perfectly acceptable term!) are beautiful, bold beer swillers.

    There are many kilted hashers.

In this photo "SHE CAME" answers her own question the easy way!

    Sincerely,
    OVEREXPOSED
