David,

I know that you are probably going to connect in Scotland. I do wish that I too could join you as I wish that I could meet you and your family face to face.

My main fear was not that we wouldn't get along, it was how we were going to talk. Even though we both speak English it is the terms that we both use that gave me most of the concern, and whether we would misunderstand each other. No problem when you meet someone face to face you can see how the humor, sincerity, and thoughts work that you can only imagine while typing messages to each other.

While meeting and talking to Leslie it gave me a better perspective of Graham. She is a very nice compliment to him! She is a joy to be around, I feel that she and Eli will get along wonderfully. The four of you will do well together, and I am sure that your kids will find them both to be fun to be around, hey it is not every day they get to meet someone from Australia.

I wish I could sneek away with him, but I have set a precedent, I have mentioned many and I do mean many of you guys at the coffee shop, so you just have to come and visit Denver to show everyone that you are not a figment of my imagination. They now know I have a kilted friend in Australia, now they are beginning to wonder about my kilted friend in Norway, let alone my friends in Vancouver, Ontario, Calgary, Philadelphia, etc., etc., etc.
