well, you need to remember that goth boys have been wearing girls skirts in a non-crossdresser fashion for decades. the goth boys will find mens kilts in amongst the women's skirts. it could also be that the store put them there intentionally-- maybe women were buying more of them than men anyway so the store put them with the women's stuff.

well, if they are the "kilts" from Hot Topic, they don't look a LOT like kilts anyway. i have one and i have never been told "nice kilt" while wearing it.
