not a bad idea, especially for foreigners. I had a bunch of post deleted way back when for being political but, in an international context, they weren't. I'm still a bit confused when I see some posts which, to my mind, are completely political and allowed. I've just learned not to say certain words and not ask certain questions but I don't get to learn anything about US of America.

I like the idea. A post in the penalty box will be locked however and any thread that is posted outside of the penatly box that is in response to it will be deleted and not moved to the penatly box...
