Nothing should be allowed to dominate the mind and body (except kilts).

For the record, I get a bit merry from time to time, but never allow myself to get drunk, that would be offensive to my Lord.

God gave wine to Israel to make the heart merry, but warns the drunkard!
And I think the people that can do that should. There is enough ill will and bad feeling in this world. A merry heart tis a good thing. To be of good cheer... A cheerful heart is good medicine.

Booze causes sorrow for me, but in it's place I have found coffee, sweet nectre of life, and the cheer bringer for my heart.

    Ah yes brother Graham,

Your most wonderful story brought a warm glow of euphoric recall to my heart. I've no interest in changing other's drinking habits, particularly those who are able to enjoy without problems.

Should a man or lady feel they do have a problem would be happy to show them the option that saved this overindulger from oblivion.

And I do truely believe that the Creator showed our ancestors the way to make whisky to keep the Scots and the Irish from ruling the World.
