Where have you guys been?!?

We have been literally begging you guys to place your pin orders for months. The goal was to pre-sell 50 pins to get a better group price. The delay in getting the required number of pre-orders has held up this batch of pins for months. Now, all of you guys are coming out of the woodwork.. we really could have used your pre-orders as I'm sure Hank didn't want to go into his pocket for the extra 18 pins, but this kilt pin order had been pending for a long time and after many, many appeals, the orders had slowed down to a trickle.

Just dissapointing, that's all. Many thanks to Hank for getting the order completed, I'm sorry so much of it had to be out of your pocket. I'm really looking forward to getting my pin.

I can understand your frustration with the existing xmarks poster base, but I have only joined the fraternity a little over a week ago. This site is aimed at driving the adoption and acceptance of kilts in the general public, and at this stage you will be gaining devotees every day, so relax and wait for the wholesale acceptance!

I only found this forum about three weeks ago, and I do alot of out-of-state fieldwork so its tough to keep up w/ "webstuff". Be that as it may, I can really appreciate the jones you've got going on, and I envy you having one of the pins on the way.

Yeah that is the only problem with custom kilt pins is you have a min order of 50. I know you new guys are just getting in the fray but maybe we can do another order in the near future.

Someone else will be in charge of collecting the funds and sending them out though! Who wants to step up?

The guys who ordered should start getting them in the mail soon.

Like others, I just joined about 2 weeks ago, and placed an order last week. Same goes for the XMarks tartan...I would have been all over that if it was still being offered!
