Just call up Gordon at Fraser Kirkbright and see if he still has the Loud MacLeod in the tartan remnants section. 16 oz wool for $18 cdn/metre.

You could send that one to any of the kiltmakers, and I am sure they would be happy to make a nice kilt for you. If that fails, the Buchanan has a fair bit of yellow in it, and the Buchanan acient that Bear and Rocky(?) carry is quite nice.
