Well it's a Roman Catholic Church. I miss stated the octoberfest. This year it was called fall fest. That is why I went in my kilt this year as aposed to the last 12 going as one of the crowd. The Pastor did make a comment but just "O". He knows that the scouting crew that I have is the one that wears kilts. I had talked to him before the kids made final approval of the kilts. He o.k.ed it, that way I covered myself so that when the other scouting adults (if you can call them adults) said I can't use kilts as a uniform bottom I could say that the Pastor o.k.ed it.
Yes I have only known how it feels to wear one for just a few years but it's like it's been forever.
My mother thinks it "cool too". The wife is cool with it too now but it was slow going at first.
Do you use a Kilt pin like a wieght to keep down the apron or do you pin together both parts?
