A lovely sunny day. High of 95F (35C) and a low of 67F (19C). Humidity 27%. A great day for almost everything - in a kilt of course.

Did you leave the shop at all?!? It was 22 C here in Port Moody, and that's only a 25 minute drive. Just another reason to get out of the city

(Sigh) It's Southern California, It never changes much. Upper 70s - low 80s, sunshine, a few scattered clouds, a light ocean breeze...

God, I wish I lived somewhere that had seasons.

The season is starting to change here in Georgia. By weeks end we'll be down in the 50's at night and upper 70's during the day. Maybe it will stay for a while. Great kilt weather!

Clear and 58 F when I woke up... I think it's about the same right now. Perfect weather!

Of course, I'm in the office and unkilted, so it hardly matters... although I am wearing my Scotland Rugby jersey that I got in Edinburgh.

    post Rita heat wave

Rita skirted east of me, so we got the back draught of dry air and dust from the west.. Sunday was 104F (40C) and yesterday was 101F (38C).... which is supposed to be August, not September, weather. Right now, you can still cook on the sidewalk, so as they say, "only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun."

But we have a cold front coming thru on Thursday and it should drop to the 80'sF (26ish C) and actually be in the 60'sF (~19C) at night !!! PARADISE! I can't wait for a cool night!

Now if only it would rain.
