BTW, what does the t-shirt say? Looks like a ".com" website, but I can't make out the whole thing.

USAKilts.com Rocky made the kilt. By the way Graham, very good looking kilt.

Hey Graham... the Kilt looks like it fits great! I'm very pleased with the finished look (in these pics). BTW... The material IS PV and is coated in teflon.
The white thread and fringe are the selvedge edge of the cloth. The mill told me that the edge was a finished edge (like other solid PV's we get from them), but it came fringed. I'm not HAPPY about the fringe, but it's better looking (IMHO) than hemming it and having all of the pleats kick out at the bottom.
The t shirt is the USA Kilts.com shirt.
Thanks for the pics Graham!

Hey Rocky!!, kiltmaker extraordinaire!!
I am glad it's PV, teflon, ...off to work I go, wel, not quite, it's nearly midnite here
I've had some good comments about the kilt, which is something in a very conservative area!
thanks again for a another fine kilt!!

That is one very smart kilt, Graham, and the plain colour really suits you. You'll be wanting more of them ....... mark my words!

Now that's a plain colour I would wear.
I want my plain colour kilt to look like a kilt. Some pull this off quite well, others, not so well. That's a sharp piece of work.

Thanks Hamish, I will marks your words, I know you are right, in fact I have two more on order, but keep this to yourself, I don't want people thinking I've forgotten tartans.
I'm doing what you do, trying all the various styles, later I hope to see one from FK and another in the pipeline from R Kilts, (not leather unfortunately).
this one from Rocky is just my cuppa tea, plain but traditional. I am looking forward to wearing it to St Patricks Day festival next year, and of course, lots of occassions before then.
