Hey Graham .Did I ever tell you I got hold of that pinhead oatmeal for that Veggie Haggis recipe you posted a while back....It tases Fab ....(The kids and the wife hate it however)
On the other hand I love Skirlie too great with any dish with meat or on it's own as a snak

Our Pipe Band has a ceilidh coming up this Sat night, the Haggis will be piped in with an address to the haggis.
for this event my wife usually makes a veggie haggis an an alternative.

last year many there preferred her haggis, even among those who ate meat.

Did i tell you I saw tinned vegetarian haggis on sale in Scotland?
I guess with all the mad cow disease, veggie options are becoming more viable.
