Yeah, now that you post that, I remember reading that.
Well, for the price, if it doesn't fit, I could always pass it on to one of my friends to introduce one of them to the kilt.

From MacMullen's webpage:
...To remedy the situation my wise and understanding wife suggested that we put $2,000 of the insurance settlement down on a new car (a `93 Intrepid), and use the remaining $2,500 to pay for the Jeepster rebuild. : )
THERE'S a keeper!! A wise woman indeed! ;)
Here's my toy, but delete the running boards; I took them off long ago.

That's what I was thinking as well, Daz...Burns Suppers are traditionally held on or around January 25th, the Bard's birthday.
Welcome -- love your avatar!

 Again, on the timing of the dinner, read the above explanation.

Paul, yes, I used to frequent MI Jeepers up until about a year ago, when the Jeep guys I run around with up here started their own Yooper BBS. My username almost everywhere else is NoBucks. Are you a Jeeper?

Yep I sure am!
Nothing like a little good clean fun!!:-D I'm not as active as I used to be on Jeepers. There got to be a little to much drama and childish junk on there for a while.. Seems a bit better as of late.

Welcome Joel, glad you stopped lurking and jumped in.
I've always thought that a tall man looked better kilted than a short man (eg. Liam Neeson in Rob Roy), if that is true then you will look better than most kilted. I'm 5'3" but I can get into small spaces
Is Lamar far from Denver? there are a couple of kilted lads there. I was there for a church convention last July.
You may have seen the thread on the vegetarian haggis, we had a function recently with the Pipe Band, we found a lot of people preferred my wife's veggie haggis to the "real" one, even though they ate meat.
from all reports the meat haggis was not a good one.
Anyway, good to see you here!
