I had a royal stuart 8 yard Kilt that I wore for a brief time in a pipe band, the Kilt was very good quality and well made.

I won a Scottish National from them about a year ago. Short review: good kilt for the money.

It is well-made, but after a year of wear it is starting to fray. Threads are unravelling and one of the buckles has come undone. That's after nearly a year of fairly continuous use, though.

I recommend Fraser Borland. Just don't break the bank bidding on one; like the buses, there'll be another one along shortly.
