Custom Sgian-dubhs

Does the typical mail order sgian dubh have a plastic handle? Obviously, for $15 - $50 I guess I wouldn't expect much else.

Very nice knives. If I ever get around to buying a sgian dubh, it would have to be something that's functional, and these definitely fit the bill.
