new to my shelf, recent purchases in the last month are:
Capercallie Grace & Pride the Anthology 2004-1984 (just LOVE Karen Matheson, pleasing to the eye and the ear!)
Lasairfhiona Ni Chonaola, An Raicín Álainn (The Beautiful Comb) a lass from Inishere, sean-nos style, beautiful!
Wicked Tinkers, Whiskey Supper, that was free, the lads sent it to me.
The Rogues, VO, brilliant album, nice version of Bonny Portmore and Cullen Anderson
John McLean Allan, Stand Easy, good piper.
Catherine Ann MacPhee, Sùil Air Ais - Looking Back, from the Western Isles I believe.
Silly Wizard, Wild & Beautiful.
I'm waiting on the new album from Dochas and an album of Adiemus.
No wonder I can't afford more kilts! but music is life and celtic music compliments the kilt perfectly.

Anyone know if the Rogues aka Scottish Rogues are the same as "The Rogues of Scotland". I found a few mp3s on the net (samples of their music), and they sounded pretty good.

Bravo to Valencian Kilted for mentioning Hevia, and La Boutinne Souriante (the Smiling Boot). Didn't see the Galician band Milladoiro listed. Likewise some female vocalists like Susan McKeown, Mary Black, Mary Jane Lamond, Karan Casey (formerly of Solas), and Connie Dover. Tim O'Brien has great Celtic and Celtic-influenced music on some of his recordings, so I'd advise those with interest in same to look through his catalogue. Lunasa was mentioned, I hope? Boys of the Lough . . .Wolfe Tones. . .Shooglenifty . . . Jura Ceilidh Band . . .the late Stan Rodgers . . . some of Garnet Rodgers tunes
Gordon Duncan absolutely kicks a$$ on pipes. . .
I'll have to look through my collection for more suggestions. Some rather obscure, but with some great tracks.

What about Felpayu (think I spelled it right)? Don't have any of their stuff, but I heard them when the toured Australia a few years back.
