minnesota requires you to register your credentials with the clerk of the court. they declined to register them becuase the clerk decided the ULC doesn't qualify. we filed suit stating that it is not the clerk of the courts job to interpret state and constitutional law. they backed down real quick.
i will be performing a kilted wedding in april. i'm very excited to try it out in that setting.

Welcome aboard Unkaholic! Let this be yet another warm welcome from Northern Virginia.
And here in VA we have similar registration requirements but the clerks are very lax about it at least in the northern part of the commonwealth.
