    I usually freeze the leftovers in portion-sized pieces. It nukes up really well, especially for breakfast. I once tried a recipe for haggis-stuffed chicken breasts, and I have to say it was terrible.

    It's a Southwestern thing ...

    ... but when I lived in El Paso, where bakeries stock more tortillas than bread loaves, I would occassionally used my leftover haggis as burrito filling. Add some cooked rutabagas and papas (potatoes), and you've got a scottish burrito.
