Two pairs. A pair of jeans, and a pair of olive green shorts. That's it. Kilts: Six. Three traditionals, three utilikilts. The jeans are rarely worn, but sometimes the shorts are worn a bit more frequently. Mainly for stuff in the garage, or when I'm pulling some treasure out of a junkyard. When I find a well-worn UK that fits me, that will replace both the jeans and the shorts.

Three Jeans (black) in my locker
Because:
real men wear kilt but my boss ordered me to wear these sissy trousers
(says that in my screensaver at work!)

3 pair of uniform pants for work, 3 pair of jeans (2 of which haven't been worn in years) that I have for motorcycle riding, and a couple pair of dress pants that haven't been worn in years as well. I may have to donate some of them to charity, although I'll keep 2 pair of jeans for riding the bike.
Kilts in the closet...5, not counting the Mountain Kilt that I no longer wear.
1 Bear Blackwatch grizzly cut
1 Traditional 9-yd Irish National by Southern Celts
1 Kiltmart(?) Pride of Scotland budget kilt
1 forest green Buzz Kidder
1 black Original Utilikilt
Future kilts...3 or 4 Stillwater Standards in various tartans as I can afford them, plus some more UKs and/or Freedom Kilts.
