Blu I couldn't agree more. I've been watching "The Simpsons" since it started and as much as many Americans will argure it, it is the original "American reality televison show". Some have even gone so far as to name it a morality play for modern times.

Watching that particular episode had me rolling with laughter.

Hmmm. A very sad commentary on our society.

My favorite quote from that show:

"Now the kilt was only for day-to-day wear. In battle we donned a full-length ball gown covered in sequins. The idea was to blind your opponent with luxury."

I love that show! They always have the most biting social commentary done in a way to make you howl. The Simpsons are my favorites. And of course, Groundskeeper Willie is always a hoot.

Being almost equal heritage Scottish and German, this sounds like an ideal holiday for me!

Sounds like a good holiday for the members of this board to support. And a perfect opportunity for me to wear my German National kilt.

Just out of curiousity, where did you have the German National kilt made?

    How heavy is it?
