HA! The women don't care about us. They're trying to out-do each other.
Men have no such hang-ups. That's why we wear what we want, unless nagged unmercifully to do otherwise.

Robin, you're very much a natural at wearing the kilt--you put your look together well, you wear it as if you've always worn it, & you handle rude people with aplomb.
The business associates will surely remember you with high regards.
