Well, I got my 16kg kettlebell last Thursday and I've been working into a schedule that should run 4-6 times a week for between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on number of sets. I'm feeling pretty good (I normally have a twingy knee and lower back that have been surprisingly pain-free since Saturday) and I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying the workout time!
Bryan...I'll let you guys know changes (if any) next week...

Congratulations on your KB purchase.
Always warm up for 10-20 minutes before hand. The older you are, the longer you should warm up.
It's worth it in terms of performance and staying injury free.

I've been doing a brief stretch like I used to before practising Aikido, maybe 3 to 5 minutes: is that what you mean, or do you prefer to use lighter weights on some of the exercises to warm up?
Bryan...still sweaty from tonight's half workout...
