Yup, until you feel all your skin from the waist down being ripped off your legs as you skid down the road. I've seen some rough stuff for not wearing peoper clothing while riding...

While I rarely get on my bike without proper riding gear, my mindset every time I ride is that I won't be falling off my bike.

I tend to be a very defensive driver when I drive, whether it's on a bike or in a car/truck/bus/etc. It's kept me alive and accident free (and ticket free) all these years.

Have a ridden a motorcycle in a kilt? Once, when I went to buy my current bike. I rode it around the seller's neighbourhood a few times to see how it ran and I was wearing my UK at the time. Knees in the breeze, man!

May-be some chaps under your kilt. I wear them with shorts why not a kilt? Of course I also wear a leather Jacket and full face helmet. The only time that was dangerous was when a wasp flew into my helmet and got me 3 times on the lips and 2 times on the tong. Made my eyes water and nose run and hurt like hell.

Why not didn't they have horses in Scotland? You won't have tp smell like a frothy horse between the knees.

You don't ride horses at 50+ mph down a sealed road surrounded by idiot drivers who just don't see bikes sharing the road.

    I don't ride now, but I wouldn't wear a kilt on a bike personally.

How soon we forget our past sins, Graham! Although to be fair, you are riding on the grass!

I have long feared that my sins would return to haunt me, and the cost would be more than I could bear.

That's why you need to hunt down and destroy all the evidence now ;)
