Yup, got that one. My first sporran actually. It is fine for the price. The leather is stiff and the tassels make quite a drumming sound when walking! Your own band. I would recommend getting a regular sporran belt to go with it, check with Robert at RKilts, and keep the chain for more formal occasions.

I have Jerry's unlined in brown and it drums also it was stiff but the more I wear it it does softens up a bit I also put a lot of saddle soap and beaver grease on the inside and out. Then let it sit for a couple od days in front of the floor vent to let it soak in and it has not hurt the Kilt and it did get more plyable than when I got it.

I have that sporran, though I did not buy it from Stillwater.

I like it a lot. Plenty of room for wallet, car keys and cell phone, and it looks sharp.

I guess I never thought about it being stiff, but then, I never understood the attraction of sporrans that look like the sacks you see at Ren Faires.

It DOES drum. I like the drumming, but some guys stick the tassles down with a bit of silicone.

I also own a sporran like that in the pick, I have been happy with it for some years now and if I remember right I only paid about $40.00 for it brand new. I have never had reason to buy another since it does hold everything that I need. I don't mind the drumming sound, it goes well with the ringing bells in my head...;o)~
