It is in fact a 2006, just with "cosmetic irregularities." Hope it's not too bad.
CapnJo, go for it! And from another Heinlein fan, I wish you luck!

32" waist? Ok - for starters I hate you... but seriously, best of luck on the auction, I hope you win. I'm sure the "cosmic irregularities" won't put you off the kilt - er, uh, make that "cosmetic"... or "cosmic" or whatever...

It's not so great. I weigh just a hair under 130 most of the time, and I can't seem to gain weight through either lifting or eating. Most girls probably weigh more than me.

I'll send some of my spare poundage your way Cap'. I hit the big 200 recently after many many years in the 165 - 175 range and am having hell to pay to get back under it..
Is it still considered going regimental if you are wearing a girdle under your kilt???

It works, being that thin and tall. If you were over 6' that may be a real "string bean".
FWIW I am 6'2" 190.
Everyone says I have the legs for Kilt wearing.

I was going 135-140 for a long time...I'd recommend the regimen that I practiced to gain weight.
First, be sure to drink at least three beers during lunch and find your way back to the bar after work and put away at least five or six more.
Then, wait about twenty years...you'll be larger in no time. It's amazing how fast you can gain weight after you've gotten through your forties.
Remember: never pass up a bag of potato chips, a snickers bar or a big mac!
Then when you're my age you can have the joy of having to loose at least ten to fifteen pounds just so you can be light enough to start running without your knees getting trashed.
Best

130 pounds? For the love of all that's holy EAT SOMETHING! You'll be happier!
