Doesn't the US tarriff classify kilts as costumes? At any rate, why would you want your kilts in the same category as trousers

Not sure how they classify it here. All of the kilts I have gotten from the UK have been shipped with a "gift" classification....
I guess that shows how special people think the Kilt is. Other meaning superior to trousers and the like.
