Welcome! And as Shay has already indicated, there are a LOT of Tri-State (DE-MD-PA) kilt wearers on this board. Make sure you check out the Philly Kilt Nights section of this forum. Although it says Philly, there are lots of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland activities and many more in PA that are not all technically in Philly.
If you know of a good Celtic drinking establishment (that perhaps has live music), festival or any other place that you feel a bunch of kilted guys/gals can have a good time … then just post the details and they will come

Kelly and I are "local" and have our Shop in Phoenixville, PA. If you feel like stopping out this way for a kilt night, come on out and pick up a pint!

I used to be in eastern PA (harrisburg/gettysburg area), but I've moved back to the central highlands (altoona/state college area). I still get out to Philly, gettysburg, etc. all the time! Most often for Barleyjuice shows! ;) Hope to see you sometime.

Three years ago, I spent a week in Pittsburgh visiting my mother for Christmas. I spent the entire time kilted, showing my wife around the city and the surrounding area.
No problems being kilted in PA.
